Maria de Los Angeles Icaza Sánchez, Assistant Administrator, Araceli Somarriba Berríos, Accountant and Esperanza Herrera Ríos, Human Resources Manager and Controller work in a tiny office in the boys Boarding Home. Besides being close to the school it helps to keep expenses as low as possible, as no rent has to be paid.
The three of them are busy with the associations accounting, preparing fund raiser events, writing letters asking for donations or organizing the received donations and thanking all sponsors. And handling all matters concerning the paid staff, counting 62 people as of today. They are paid through a modern banking system of debit cards having their social security debited from their salaries they receive twice a month.

The office is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5 pm. Monthly financial statements are available to all donors on demand.
